[Q] Why is there a $50 min requirement?

[A] Our prices are TRUE wholesale prices. The typical channel looks like this: Manufacturer > Wholesale > Retailer > Customer. We allow you to bypass two of these channels and save 70%-95% off the same type of merchandise you see in top department stores and specialty shops. We can only offer the lowest prices by making it up in quantity.

[Q] What does the price include?

[A] All item prices include 3 pieces of that item. Most wholesalers only sell by dozen. We make it easier for everyone by selling 3 pieces.

[Q] How long does shipping take?

[A] Shipping varies since we are a direct manufacturer. Most products are already assembled and will ship out within 5 business days. Swarovski crystal products take long since they are MADE TO ORDER. They will ship out in 3-15 business days.

[Q] What is the shipping charge?

[A] Shipping cost is a flat $8 for orders over $50. We do not charge handling fees or extra charges. Any orders under $50 will be assessed a $25 shipping charge.

[Q] What is your return policy?

[A] For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defects, or are shipped out of error; please send them back to us for a full credit onto your store account. All other returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do this because a large percentage of our jewelry is custom made with your color choice.
