What is Perfect Complements? Simply, we are a direct to vendor accessory discount warehouse. We carry the finest jewelry and accessories; the exact same kind that are available at premium prices in almost every department store, big box store and specialty shop throughout the US.

Perfect Complements has been in business since 2004 and we put special attention into each product we sell and each customer we service. We sell direct wholesale only and this enables us to offer the lowest price combined with the best customer service. We specialize in wholesale fashion jewelry, costume jewelry, and accessories in all variety of color and size. Our pride and joy belongs to our Swarovski Collection. We use only geniune Swarovski crystals and assemble each piece by hand in our plant in Illinois. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. There is a $50 Minimum order since we deal in larger quantities. This allows us to offer you the best prices you will find. We offer 90% "in stock" availability. Due to the fact that we are direct wholesale, certain items that are on the website may not be available. If this is the case, you will be contacted and the cost will be refunded back to you. We try our best to keep all inventory in stock but due to the nature of the quantity and seasonality of the merchandise, it is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Swarovski Items

**Swarovski Item are MADE TO ORDER** We manufacture Swarovski product at our plant and they take longer to ship out. Usually, they will ship out from 3 business days UP TO 15 business days. Please understand delays due to the fact that Swarovski crystals are shipped from Swarovski Austria and assembled by hand at our plant in the United States.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $300. There is a flat rate shipping of $8.00 for all order $50~$300. At this time, we will only ship domestic package through USPS priority mail. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please contact us for more details regarding expedited shipping. If expedited shipping is requested for a replaced, exchanged or damaged item, you will be responsible for the additional costs.

Return Policy

For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defects, or are shipped out of error; please send them back to us for a full credit onto your store account. All other returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

• All returns must be within 10 days of package receipt date
• All items must be returned in the original package
• Shipping fees will not be credited

Refunds will only be issues for returned merchandise that adheres to the PerfectComplements.com return policy exactly.

Any returns that do not adhere to all requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Before any refund is issued PerfectComplements.com reserves the right to perform a quality control inspection within 10 business days or sooner. If merchandise is determined to have been worn, scratched, damaged, misused or altered a refund will not be issued.
